From the very beginning, the service from Stump and Trees has been outstanding. Jenny and Paul were amazing to deal with—friendly, professional, and efficient when organising the quote and scheduling the job. The team who carried out the work were exceptional. Not only did they expertly remove 13 palm trees, but they also communicated clearly throughout the entire process, even keeping our neighbour informed. After the job was completed, they thoroughly cleaned up both our yard and the neighbour’s side, leaving everything spotless. I have been a very happy customer of Stumps and Trees for many years. My first contact was, by recommendation, with Paul. That job was done quickly, efficiently and politely as with subsequent jobs in the same manner. Yesterday I had a large tree branch which had fallen down and when I rang Jenny she arranged for Scott and Mick to come within two hours. Great job done once again.
