Dawson Tree Services

This morning I had the boys from Dawson's chipping for me the branches and off cuts from a pine tree. Their team leader Russell, and his team did an amazing job. They were on time, efficient and neat and left our place spotless. I would be pleased to recommend them for any job large or small.

I can't speak highly enough about Dawson's Tree Services. Kri and his team pruned 20 trees around my front fence and removed any dead limbs from my massive gum. I am so happy with the results. From the first call to the completion of the job, they were courteous, professional and friendly. The price was reasonable too. It's so refreshing to have excellent service from dedicated professionals.

Avoid at all costs. Had someone come out to the site twice and received a written quote, only for their contractor to turn up and refuse to do the job — claiming it had been "underquoted." When I called to clarify, the boss was extremely unprofessional and rude. He tried to deny that anyone had visited the site, blamed his own employee, and completely refused to honour the quote. His customer service was non-existent — no accountability, no apology, just excuses and attitude. They wasted over 4 hours of my time (and the contractor’s). Completely disorganised, dishonest, and not worth your time. Avoid at all costs.

So pleased with the tree trimming we had done, the boys worked so hard and left everything clean.We do have percific trees to be trimmed special ways and they are fabulous Thank Dawsons will definitely be using you again

Great service and great team. The communication was top notch; kept us in the loop when there were delays due to the weather; arrived promptly and cleaned up after. Definitely recommend.

We were really happy with the service provided by Dawson Tree Services. The team that came did an excellent job in pruning our palm tree that was well over due for a trim. They were on time and we talked through the job to be done. Our tree is looking so much better. What I really appreciated was the owner giving me a call during the service to check that we were happy, and for the handwritten thank you note afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
