Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car hire! The lady had my name spelt incorrectly on the paperwork and didn’t want to change it. Then when we received the paperwork to mark any pre existing damage to the car she never took me to the car and said she had recorded it all however there was no mention of anything on the paperwork. I told her I wanted to see the car then told me I couldn’t write any damage down on the paperwork it’s not allowed. Then when I finally viewed the car it was so dirty. (dirt and dead leaves all over the car as if the car had been parked under a tree for a month) I actually said to the lady look how dirty this car is… her response was yes we know how dirty it is. That’s how it is." LIKE WHAT!" We were blown away it was that bad! Then she asked for us to make sure it’s full of fuel and clean before it comes back. I couldn’t believe it to be honest. I will be contacting head office to make sure no other customer needs to experience what we had to go through. She was hard to deal with and her attitude was terrible. As an owner of a retail chain myself I would never have someone like that working for me. Very poor customer experience. No attention to detail. Very poor communication skills Car was very dirty and no care at all when I mentioned how dirty the car was.

The condition of the rental car is pretty nice, clean, and new. The lady who was helping us going through the rental process was very nice and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience to rent a car at this place, highly recommend to others!

Car was filthy on pick up. It had been raining. They did vacuum the car. But all the edges of the car door on the inside was filthy. As for the bottom along the edges. I detailed the car myself to drive a clean car. I did inside of all the doors so I didn't have to look at it everyday. I didn't expect to get a car in that state... Fail FAIL FAIL.. The CX-5 is my car. Now that's a detailed car done by me and you guys didn't even come close.

Sofia was so good to me today. She helped with all my queries and dealt with the process so quickly. Renting a car is usually an annoying tedious process but Sofia truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I really appreciate it!

Very rude service and wat to dear i only hired the car for a day because it was redicously over price for 1 day I wanted at least 3 but couldn't afford nearly $1000 for 3 days just disgusted . I need to hire a car in a couple of weeks and I will definitely not be using this company, pathetic. Oh and still havn't received my refunded deposit yet so yeh unreal.😡😡

Very rude staff, cancels my booking as I could not make it by closing time however failed to notify me taking an hour out of my day. Go to Europcar much more friendly and great service I found after my bad expertly Herts Surfers Paradise
