Well maintained DC located in Mascot. On-site parking and loading dock access. Very secure, with biometric security in place to control site access. Staff are friendly and attentive, and security staff are courteous and polite
First rate facility with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Been using the place for over a decade and they are always upgrading something and at the forefront of data centre technologies.

Equinix is by far the poorest of all data center providers. Over-priced, terrible service, outdated facilities, absolutely useless online portal, annoying procedures. It's like day and night compared to e.g. NextDC
Our table was very noisy and my spaghetti tasted like copper and plastic. Overall 5 stars, would recommend.
Excellent data centre with lots of parking. Security personnel are professional and helpful.
Entrance and security desk are same for SY1 & SY2 but the map points to other gate.
