Great experience with Ian's Roofing. Had 2 leaking skylights in kitchen & arrange to have them replaced. The 2 tradesmen, Shawn & Mark were friendly & very professional in their work ethic in replacing the 2 skylights. It was a job well done & I couldn't be happier with the result. Ian came over and gave me a quote that was reasonable , so I went ahead with the work. The time they could start the work , I was away. They kept in contact and communication was great. Time came for the work to start, they were nice and early and got every job done at a very high standard imo. Cleaned up after themselves and were respectful. I had a smallish job to close some possum holes in the roof of 2 adjoining houses (possum catcher price was too high) plus some work on a skylight - so I went looking for a roofer. Getting anyone to come and quote was a struggle. I was recommended Ian by a friend. After a little back and forth Ian visited and provided a clear quote which I proceeded with. Roof work is not cheap! Ian's team arrived at the promised time and completed the work promptly. They provided photos of all the work and I was happy it was done as requested. A week later my tenant had a question around the skylight work. Ian visited and checked it out and again provided photos to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Ian's Roofing. I seldom write reviews, however the level and quality of service from start to finish was so high that I had to write a review. Ian and team undertook roofing repairs for me a few months back. We had too much water flowing onto a small flat roof from roofs on either side. Ian's team completely restructured the flow of water from the roofs on the side and we have had no issues ever since. The team visited initially and provided a quote, then returned to complete the job and then returned again for a quality inspection a week later. The team in the back off are also great - a finally oiled machine and so polite and professional. Where ever I can I have been recommending Ian's roofing and very happy to have finally published this review.

I had a large polycarbonate skylight replaced with some added carpentry to improve the aesthetics. Ian was very knowledgeable and came up with solutions that greatly improved the appearance while ensuring it was leak proof. The team did a very professional job. I would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with Ian’s Roofing. We were booked in with them for work but a huge storm was coming so they came and secured the part of the roof that had problems to ensure no further leaks or damage, we appreciated this so much. Highly recommend them, such great customer service, professional and reliable.
