I dont usually leave reviews but i wanted to acknowledge Liz Cruickshank and the team at Le Pine Funerals Eltham. Liz went above and beyond for our family during the most devastating chapter of our lives. Her compassion, patience and genuine care never wavered, and she treated our family with such dignity and kindness. We are incredibly grateful for the support she gave us when we needed it most. We will never forget the care she showed our family.

I would like to thank Nicole & Elsa and everyone at LePine Eltham for exceptional service. The support and care they showed us both occasions I have employed their services was 10/10. Both services they conducted went flawlessly (one back in 2019, and one yesterday), the chapel is a very calming place, all the staff are awesome, super supportive and accommodating of individual needs. On behalf of my family and myself I would like to say we had a a wonderful experience dealing with the staff at Le Pine Eltham in what is always difficult circumstances. Nicole, Anthony and Tania were compassionate and helpful and we were able to send off our beloved father here on Wednesday wonderfully with their help and expertise. The Chapel was calm and peaceful and the Celebrant (Tania Broom) who was arranged for us by Nicole was exceptional in her delivery of the Celebration of Dad's Life. Highly recommend using this facility when the "unfortunate" happens as they make it truly an easy (in not easy circumstances ) experience.

I cannot express enough of my gratitude and thanks for the professionalism, love, support and empathy I received from Nicole, Elsa and Anthony at Le Pine Eltham. From the very first phone call to Nicole, the meeting with Elsa for arrangements and having Alison Saunders the beautiful celebrant chosen for my daughters service on the 16/09/2023, was the most amazing, beautiful, caring and loving experiences I could of wished for on the day. My family & I just wanted to extend our gratitude to the Le Pine Eltham team on the beautiful service they put on for our Grandma. I have never had to plan a funeral before but the whole team made this whole process seamless at a very hard time in our lives. You all went above & beyond, even for Louise to be so thoughtful & hand-pick flowers out of her garden for us. That was absolutely beautiful & so thoughtful. Again thank you so much Louise, Anthony & Nicole, for the absolutely beautiful & personal send off our Grandma deserved & received.
