Savers

A great thrift shop ! I’ve never personally been to any but had gone this time to donate some clothes and shoes. Got a voucher for 20% which was great. Had a walk through the store. Would definitely come back and buy some items.

Wanted to check out this Savers store for the first time as a had a few items to donate as the female staff member told me that they are not accepting any more donations today and was asked to come back tomorrow. I found that to be very rude and unprofessional as I only had 4 items to give. The workers there were either teenagers or in their early 20s as they had no respect towards me, period. They gave me a voucher and a bag that I ended up throwing away in the bin. As for the items I wish to donate, i noticed there was a Salvos store a few shops down as I donated the goods to them instead as they thanked me for it. The records at Savers had 45s at $3.49 each as the Lps had no prices marked on them. They won't be seeing me over there again.

Used to be fair prices but now they are obviously taking advantage of people who are not in a position to buy new. 2nd hand jeans $27 and jumpers at $25. Not typical of most op shops.

We have been in one of the Savers shop first time. We don't have them in Brissy. The store is amazingly huge and clean and tidy. There are a lot of different varieties available to choose on spot for men's, womens, kids and babies. Household stuff and books available at the back of the store heading from the left corridor. Staffs are very kind and friendly. They need a lot of passion to tidy around because it always gets messy around with the kids and clothes try on. Fully aircon, self check out system and so on. Love thrifting and great to see another player enter the market. Massive store, well laid out with clothing and shoes ordered by type and size. Prices are super reasonable and then the 20% discount if you donate which we did. Only gripe was they have three change rooms which I don't think is enough for rhe size of the store. There are self checkouts which are cool and the first thrift store I've been to that has these. Plenty of parking available in the complex makes this one store I will definitely travel across Sydney for again!

This large thrift store has the atmosphere like Kmart. It is opened not long ago and quite popular. Prices are unbeatable. Some t-shirts are under $5. Many treasures to be found. Don't miss it if in the area. Another store is in Surry Hills.

Absolutley fantastic Saver thrift store, Located in Prestons NSW. There is ample parking available. The store provides shopping trolleys should you need one. The store itself is immaculate, clean and super tidy, the organisation is fantastic . Everything is sectioned into categories, kitchen, clothing womens/mens/kids, home goods, electrical appliances etc There's heaps to browse at. The staff are friendly and approachable, A wonderful gem you will not be disappointed to visit!
