Stopped by Mr Minit before we went grocery shopping. There was already a line but despite that, the guys behind the counter were being so patient & helpful with each customer. I needed some extra holes on the strap of my shoulder bag. He asked me to point exactly, checked that it was correctly positioned & quickly made the holes. Nice, smiling & helpful in a quick & easy way. I always my use their - can highly recommend the business ⭐️

I had a great experience with Arvind at Mister Minit Westfield Burwood. Although the key couldn’t be coded in the end because the issue turned out to be with my car’s wiring, Arvind was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. He even visited twice to try and resolve the problem. His honesty, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Highly recommend his service!

1. Battery in the security remote was going flat, I told them I only wanted another battery as its for another remote. You could see the battery clearly through the case, they opened the case and replaced the battery. Thankfully the original battery wasn't thrown away. Not what I wanted as that battery wasn't flat then charged me $24!! 2. Have had only 2 keys cut on separate occasions, to return the next day to be re-cut as it did not work. The last time not only did the key not work the person who cut the key used a wrong key and they accused me for their mistake.....refunded the $12.95. Went to our local Bunnings store (service desk) had the same key cut at a cost of $4.95 and it worked. Oh and the service was great and friendly. NEVER GOING TO OR RECOMMENDING MR MINIT AT BURWOOD AGAIN!!!!

Icons! Wanted to engrave my partners valentine present (a sterling silver bangle) and old mate slayed!!! Hand writing on hand engraving is amazing and it was super duper quick!!! FR recommend service!!!

I came to them with a bit of a weird request - adding some tread to a pair of wooden clogs. They weren't sure about it, but at my insistence they gave it a go and the outcome is fantastic! The expertise is clear to see, and I really appreciate their willingness to try it even though it's definitely not their usual sort of thing. Thanks guys, I really appreciate it 😀

Dropped by Mr Minit Burwood recently and was really impressed. The boys serving me were super quick, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything clearly, including what outcomes I should expect, and got it done faster than I thought. Pricing was fair, no surprises. Just solid, honest service.
