Lovely quality, fresh flowers. A great variety of ready-made bouquets, and an equally great range of single-flower bunches and foliage to choose from. I just wanted some simple cottage-garden flowers, and these chrysanthemums were perfect, and very fresh. Very good prices, friendly service. Will be returning 🙂

I had such a lovely experience at this florist! They had a wonderful range of ready-made bouquets, but I had something very specific in mind. The team encouraged me to pick out the flowers I liked from their wide selection of beautiful, fresh blooms. I showed Jane a few inspiration photos, and she created the perfect bouquet for me in under 15 minutes. It turned out even better than I imagined — colourful, cheerful, and my friend absolutely loved it. The shop itself feels like a whimsical little garden tucked inside the shopping centre, which makes the whole experience even more special. And since it’s located inside Westfield Burwood, parking was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Absolutely blown away by this gem of a flower shop! 🌸 The variety here is incredible. The staff are true artists; they listened carefully to my vision and crafted a stunning bouquet that perfectly matched my request. What’s more, the prices are so reasonable for such high-quality arrangements. Every stem felt thoughtfully placed, and the final result was jaw-droppingly beautiful.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the flowers that I expected for the special Mother’s Day. Came to shop around lunchtime, a lot of flowers have been sold out. Luckily I found the ready made lily (which looks lovely) and a bunch of chrysanthemums that my mum likes. So I’ve asked the lady to add the chrysanthemums to the lily. However, the lady doesn’t seem to be experienced, the arrangement she made was not very nice and when she wrapped them, she didn’t lower the wrapping paper down at the front. She didn’t handle the flowers gently either which resulted some cut on the bloomed lily, as shown on the photos. There was another lady doing wrapping for other customers which looked very nice. Bad luck for me. I was in a hurry so had to leave, otherwise I would have asked her to redo it. Overall, I’m disappointed with this purchase.

They made be a beautiful custom bouquet with flowers that I chose from their store and the staff we are all so kind and friendly.

I’m grateful to this shop for arranging the flower very nice. 💕 My grandma really likes the flower I gave to her, thank you to the recommendation of the staff. 😊 The 2nd time I buy is for my mother who just got here at Australia she loves it too and the staff was really thoughtful for giving a small card to give a message. 🥰 I appreciate it specially when they offer to deliver it near at Croydon Park to pick it up bcoz I got so busy.
