Worst retailer ever. I could not purchase the items through their site with a secure payment method, so needed to call to make payment. They held my money for a week. After multiple phone calls and emails i was contacted by the CEO. He asked me to SMS him a copy of my driver's licence citing security concerns. He is either a master scammer or somewhat obtuse. Avoid dealing with them if possible.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AAA+ We purchased some garden snips online and they arrived very quickly. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing defect so we needed to replace them. After a brief email exchange with Brock in customer service, the replacement pair arrived THE NEXT DAY! Not only that, they also provided a postage paid address to send the original item back. This is incredibly high quality service. We will shop with Arborgreen again and have no hesitation recommending them to anyone else.
Just want to say thank you for the very good customer service that Ivan, Tony and Michelle provided today when I bought the Simes pliers and fasteners from the Arndell Park warehouse. They made sure that the product will suit my needs before I left. Will be recommending this place for sure.
Very helpful bunch of people. Nothing was inconvenient to demonstrate or give advice on. Pleased to recommend this company.
