Shout out to the young male with the nose ring who was working at the photo section today (31st January) - exceptional customer service, went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly for my fathers 70th birthday. Hope he gets employee of the year! Thanks mate!!!!
Don’t normally do this but had to shout out one of the employees for going above and beyond. Lexie was incredibly helpful and guided me any where I had to go. I was stuck in the change rooms and needed help, Lexie was there. They should be very lucky to have her, great young lady amazing customer service.
staff are very eager to help me, but sometimes they are hard to find, and sometimes they are not sure and gave me wrong directions/info. I found products are as advertised and this shop has lots of nice specials. Often I go in just for one item and then leave there with several items, even though I do count pennies!
Background: Click and collect location changes to in store making it inaccessible for our family to pick up order. Couldn’t changed to home delivery so had to cancel and reorder items if I still wanted them. The issue being that the last several click n collect orders were able to be picked up without having get daughter out of car (wheelchair) and it has recently changed and there was nothing to say when ordering that this had changed.
Arrived when opened, the store was a mess!??? Wats going on? My click n collect not ready, i ordered it the day before, usually pretty quick but not anymore. No cancellation online either. Won’t be going back. Southport better
Lilli was exceptionally helpful at the self service checkout. We had lost a well loved Koala, and Lilli found it and returned it to a very happy 3 year old. Thank you for going above and beyond!
Love the home department in K Mart as they have so many options and varieties of styles to suit your optimal designs and plus I’ve come across a lot of specials "discontinued products which was great"!!!! Situated in Robina Town - Queensland and have multiple car parks just make sure where you’re parked at as this is one of the biggest shopping centres in the southern hemisphere!!!! Absolutely recommend this place 👌🏼
