I had a wonderful experience here. A staff member helped organize condolence flowers for my nan and a friend's father, who both passed away around the same time. The floral arrangements were stunning and had a lovely fragrance. I also enjoyed browsing the charming gift shop, which features all Australian-made products.

Arrived at the website nominated opening time and stood for 15 minutes outside the door. Two people inside chatting. Not from the area and had a voucher so was disappointed to be treated like this. Far better service opposite the road.
