Nishiki Nursery

Got my order delivered and had an awful stressful experience with the delivery driver in which l have never come across in my over 2 decades of working in the retail nursery. As soon as he arrived he started throwing the pot on the ground and yelling rudely and aggressively telling me female small tiny person to go unload the heavy large pot plants. Saying if l don’t assist with the unloading he would bring it back to Nishiki Nursery. If at that moment l didn’t try to stay calm l would have cancel the order and guess who is loosing business? Nishiki! The very first order l placed was over $1400 and paid in cash! I’m not buying a couple of hundred dollars. What kind of delivery driver talk like that to their customer. Just like a bully! If you knew it was heavy why didn’t you come with equipment or truck with ramp to easily unload the plants.? I was never told when l placed my order that I was obliged to unload the truck as a customer. Because of throwing the plants and handling it roughly some of the branches and fruits fell off. Such negligent. This is very bad customer service! You don’t act rudely and aggressively with a customer just because you came without sufficient equipment aid to unload the heavy pot. It’s the company responsibility to safely deliver the goods to the customers. Very unprofessional of the delivery driver!
