Today I went to buy a matters cover and a lovely lady helps me to find the right one for me . She do not work for that brand , she sells mattresses but she help me to find the best one for me anyway. That’s why I’m taking the time to make this review, to thanks Monika and to thanks Joseph, he always helps me to find the right clothes. Thanks for been that kind with me ❤️ Mauricio 🍀

Why must I wait for the staff to finish their private conversations (sometimes in groups of three and four) before it occurs to them that they have a customer to serve? It’s so rude. Both my husband, friends and I have experienced this and mainly in the perfume/ beauty section. We recently experienced this again and so we went to Sephora instead and bought the perfume we wanted. The staff there were very happy to serve us and we were happy to buy it from there instead. Just feedback so you know why Myers is losing customers, .

Great store, great range of goods, great discounts, helpful staff, membership card brings additional perks. One of our favourite stores on the Sunshine Plaza. Highly recommended

Great place to shop for perfume, the ladies here are super helpful in finding perfumes according to your "flavour". I had a super friendly girl help me with some samples the other day which was super appreciated and she was also very spot on in finding "my flavours" 😊 Highly recommend to give the ladies a visit in the perfume section should you be on the hunt for some new scents 🌱

Really disappointed about the customer service I received today at the click & collect counter. Only part of my order was ready and I trying to get more information about when the next part would be ready as the email says "we will let you know soon". The girl was rude as! When I asked she goes "oh it won’t be today" with a very rude tone. I didn’t ask for it to be ready today I just seeking more information. After getting my order I again then asked if she would have a rough idea. She then again with attitude advises "we are under the pump so I don’t know, we are busy" not very helpful information. However would have understood if it wasn’t delivered with rudeness and attitude! You are buying high end products paying a premium price for them, so I do expect service with a smile. Don’t take your bad day out on me! So sad cause I paid a small price at Big W before hand and got the most lovely service. Do better with your service!

If you click and collect it's a separate company to the actual store. You cant go in if your early and get your item and go to the click and collect desk. You must wait till the 3rd party has got your item and sends you an email. You would think being Myer online you could get your item and got to the click and collect desk and process your order. Big learning curve

Enjoyed my visit to this Myer. Nice selection of clothing, spacious & modern. A little bit untidy in some areas, but it was a very busy day due to the wet weather. Nice staff & some great designer fashion labels in particular Forever New & Review
