Eastern Mini Mix

Eastern Mini Mix were great from the first phone call. The lady on the phone was patient with me and went through the ordering process with good spirits and a sense of humour. They messaged me when the truck left the depot so I knew exactly when they'd arrive. I've had issues with concrete truck drivers before but Adam is a young bloke with old fashioned values and he did a great job. Polite and professional. Not the cheapest concrete you'll find but they're great to deal with. Ask to get Adam as your driver.

Couldn’t be happier with using Eastern Premix. Had to cancel a booking a few hours before delivery due to a medical emergency and they were great about it. On the rescheduled date they were bang on time and made it super easy to get my shed slab poured. Wasn’t as expensive as I thought it would be too. Plus when you consider the cost of buying all the materials yourself (plus delivery), hiring a mixer and hiring a trailer for the mixer - it all adds up about the same. And then mixing yourself is a heck of a lot more time and labour. Definitely worth getting your mix delivered by these guys instead. Thanks folks, slab is looking great!

I was travelling along Colchester road northbound, Eastern mini mix was no more than three foot behind my car. As I turned right into the turning lane this truck was extremely close to my left rear. (unbelievably) Sounded my horn as he went past only to receive the bird. I proceeded to continue down Colchester road and into the depot, whilst waiting near my car not wanting to seem aggressive towards the driver. A lady came to me from the office and asked if I was waiting for someone which was a bit odd. I responded with yes "I’d like to see what this driver’s issue was" she then responded with "l don’t want any trouble here" I was dumbfounded with this response I explained the issue she then went to talk to this driver. Her response was that he was sorry and didn’t want to take it any further when I asked what did he say. The reason I WAS GOING TO SLOW. WOW ( roundabout road works, ) it’s cowboys like this that give truck drivers a bad rap. Get a grip Eastern mini mix.

Pleas don’t TOUCH this company, First time ever to dealt with a boss who swears and then hung up. You need consulting mate. Rude and arrogant won’t go far, especially you’re in customer service department. And grow the heck up. Shame on you

I've used Eastern Mini Mix twice in the last 6 months for two DIY projects (a slab for a shed and later a path). Friendly and easy to deal with, great for the DIYer. Will use again.

Worst communication I have experienced rang twice in one day said he could take my booking twice he said he would ring back didn't so I ring early this morning and he didn't write my booking down so that's my fault no concrete 🙃 get out of your loader or get someone in the office to take calls

Was almost hit by your driver speeding down Mt Dandenong Rd, who then proceeded to run a red light, while stuffing his face. X?L339 Second letter was covered by part of tube.
