Sproutopia is a company that knows how to provide exceptional experiences for their customers. Nothing is too difficult. I recently contacted the owner, Jacqui, to see if it would be possible for a next-day delivery to a friend for a very special occasion. Even though it was late in the afternoon, Jacqui was so pleasant and happy to help. She guided me with clear and easy instructions on what to do with my order. Jacqui kept me posted along the way and also a text of approx time of arrival. The gift arrived and was a beautiful surprise. I was able to see a photo of the gift and it looked sensational. I now have my eye on their terrarium for my own place 😊 100% would recommend. Great service and excellent quality.

Extremely happy with item and service! I sent a plant to my sister - I ordered late in the day and they could send the next day. I’m so impressed with the service, I called and spoke to a lovely lady who could track my order to make sure it was delivered okay. The plant was beautiful, and gift wrapped to perfection! Just a little disappointed that the planter contained succulents when I had ordered peperomia planter. Was a gift, so my daughter was still happy with it 😊
