Direct Plants has an amazing variety of indoor and outdoor plants at affordable prices 🌿🌸. The staff are really helpful and friendly 😊 It’s not crowded, and it’s a very nice place to take your time, explore, and ask any questions you have 🌱 They also have nice big pots in various sizes and shapes that you don’t normally find at Bunnings or other stores 🪴✨

Direct Plants is an outstanding family run, local business that truly goes above and beyond. The service that Christian provided was prompt, friendly, and incredibly professional from start to finish. Christian's knowledge is exceptional as he took the time to recommend plants that perfectly suit my Art Deco home, considering both the style of the house and the garden conditions. The plants are high quality, healthy, and beautifully maintained, all at very competitive prices. Delivery was fast and seamless, which made the whole experience even better. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers and having high quality plants. Highly recommend Direct Plants for expert advice, great value, and reliable service. I will definitely be using them again.

I love this nursery! The staff are so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable about all things plant life. The plants are really varied and great quality and developed outside so I find they are sturdy and none I’ve bought have ever died. They can also order pretty much anything by you could ever dream of. I don’t care where I live in Melbourne I will always drive to this place above anywhere else. The place to go for affordable plants. Many plants to choose from including standard roses, climbing plants, fruit trees,maples, cherry bloosoms , shurbs and affordable succulents. A large variety of indoor plants also available with affordable prices. Also many different shapes and sized pots to choose from. Mario the owner takes pride in his business and is currently renovating a new toilets block. Catarina gives you great advice and is knowledgeable about plants. The customer service is always with a smile and they are very helpful with suggestions. There is a great cafe called "Forget Me Not "on the premises with indoor seating and views from the nursery and also new outdoor seating. (See review on cafe.) Recommend bookings. Once renovations are finished it will be a great place to visit and enjoy.

Has this place fallen off a cliff. Arrived Thursday afternoon to purchase 12-14 native plants for garden update as per photo. One staff member present. 😟. He was in the office packing a small box and couldn’t be bothered even asking if we needed help. Walked around outside looking for someone else for 5-10 mins. No, no one else there. Went back in and waited another few minutes. He knew we were there bc we were talking about the types of plants we were thinking about. Again, too busy packing his box. Apparently packing a box for an order (or whatever) is more important than serving customers, or even acknowledging they were even there. Terrible service. We’ll go somewhere else now. 😡

Best nursery EVER! Great service, and Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Competitive prices, and more importantly their plants are truly healthy. I have been there three times and will definitely go again .. and again 🙂
