There seems to be a high-performing and supportive work culture at both the Glenroy and Coburg locations and it definitely shines through to clients. I had reached out to the appraisal team but hadn't heard back after a couple of days, so thinking maybe there was an issue with the email, I emailed again. Genevieve at Glenroy was quick to reply and put me in contact with Brea, Head of Property Management, who was very professional and even apologised about the delay in responding. Brea connected me with Business Development Manager Zac, who was quick to answer my queries, and follow up with me in a professional and courteous way while I selected an agency to go with. While I have also had fantastic assistance from Roy and Tamer, Zac has absolutely been my main go-to for any queries I have. He is knowledgeable, reliable, extremely responsive, flexible and passionate about his job - he really seems to enjoy what he does and it shows.
