Ordered plant online, shipping cost came out to be $50, almost half the cost of the actual plant. The actual postage label shows the price he paid for shipping to be less than $20. This exorbitant shipping cost seems aimed at taking advantage of customers. Also doesn't follow instructions when requested at all even though had previously communicated with him agreeing by email on a number of orders. i'll buy direct from EP (Exotica Plants) in Brisbane from now on, as all his stock is from them anyway.

Met Paul at the Perth Garden show and was absolutely blown away by the bloke! Was so busy but had so much time for my 7yo son who is getting into gardening. Knowledgeable, friendly and easygoing- couldn’t ask for more. Quality Venus and Nepenthes plants too.

Staff are very nice they give you advice about the carnivorous plants also if you want large nepenthes go here it’s great 😊

This nursery was a little difficult to find due to limited signage, and access involved walking through an auction area, which was somewhat confusing on arrival. The staff member we encountered was courteous and friendly, although she appeared quite busy with the auction side of the business at the time. Unfortunately, the overall presentation could be improved. Many of the plants outside didn’t appear to be in great condition, with several sitting in excess water. The ground was already quite soggy, and when the misting sprinklers came on while we were browsing, it made the area uncomfortable to walk through. With clearer directions and some attention to plant care and drainage, this could be a much more enjoyable place to visit.
