I purchased and received 2, 4 - 5 YO Finger limes just over 2 weeks ago which arrived in teriffic condition and very well packaged. I planted them straight away and since then they are loving their new environment. One has flowers and small fruit already and the other one is about to flower. Received my two finger limes from here. A Rosa ice and Red Champagne. The two I received were meant to be 4-5 year old trees one of which certainly is the other is 2-3 years at max. The card with it also stated it was a 2-3 year old. I would've been absolutely fine with this is the customer service team were receptive and refunded the different or acknowledged the mistake. They were admitmant I was incorrect and not them. Kept making excuses and back tracking. The champagne red upon repotting I discovered was also extremely root bound. I would not buy from this place again. Also. The passive aggressive email and response I got for leaving a review was childish and petty. I repotted them because despite the issue the trees were lovely and my issue was not being refunded for the difference in price between the ages.

Absolutely love Finger Lime’s Melbourne! Their products are always fresh and high-quality, and I also found the best honey in town here. Great service and a lovely experience every time. Highly recommend!
