Marie Arvanitis runs this place like a CEO. She is nothing short of professional and approachable and is super helpful and intelligent! And the educators in Preschool 1 & 2 are so caring and nurturing. They treat the children like their own. We are very grateful for all your hard work!

It has been the best decision enrolling at Earlwood Montessori Academy. My 1 year old son started in the infants room early this year room and absolutely loves it! The educators are fantastic, the learning experiences are super stimulating/educational and the Manager, Marie, has gone above and beyond to make our new childcare journey a welcoming and positive experience! She really cares about my child and works closely with team to make sure the children are happy and well looked after. If you’re thinking of a new service to put your child in, I would not look anywhere else!!

Earlwood Montessori is our second home. My eldest son has been here since January 2022 and we absolutely love the educators at this centre. As a mother of a neurodivergent child navigating the education system, the educators here go above and beyond to help and support our family. They are an inclusive centre with highly experienced and caring educators. They have worked with our speech therapist and Occupational therapist to incorporate methods for our son to expand on his skill set whilst he's at the centre. As this is our final year before my son transition to big school, the educators have been absolutely wonderful in helping us with getting ready for this with all the extra reports needed. Miss Josephine has been our son's educator for the majority time he's been here and even though she has many more responsibilities now at the centre I still get the full update from her daily. We love Earlwood Montessori Academy and will miss the centre and educators greatly next year.

Thank you to Ms' Marie, Ellie, Phuong, Sarita and Abida for your care over the last few months. Dedication, hard work, and effective administration is evident every time we entrust our little one to you. We have increased our attendance as the team continues to exceed our expectations every day. Big shout out to Ms Ellie for providing exceptional continuity of care - her passion for children coupled with exceptional communication provide us with comfort and peace of mind - something which is invaluable and we are grateful for. Partnering with Ms Phuong, who evidently applies the Montessori principles every moment of her education and care, they make a great team who my son looks forward to seeing, and refusing to leave, every day!

As a mother of three toddlers less than 12 months apart, This daycare has been nothing but a blessing for myself and my children. From the time I drop off my children, to the time I pick them up they are always well looked after and taken care of by the educators as if they were their own children.. I recently was diagnosed with cancer and Ms Marie Arvanitis (the new centre manager) and her team have gone above and beyond to help my children and I adjust to the circumstances whilst continuing a routine for them while we navigate through my illness. This has helped me have peace of mind during my treatment knowing my kids are in safe hands while I am unable to look after them. I would also like to say a big thankyou to Miss Josie for continuously checking in on me aswell as my kids educators for always making them feel loved and secure. If you would like a daycare that nurtures and educates your children then look no further.

I cannot express my how I feel about this centre, the centre is absolutely amazing, staff interactions are always so heartwarming, the centre supervisor Claudia always goes to the ends of the earth to make sure my family and children’s needs are met. The staff have always been so amazing with my children and treat mine and my husbands children as if they are their own! I have been here for almost 2 years now, and my children come home with constant smiles on their face talking about their friends and teachers. My love for this centre will always be there! Thank you for the amazing effort that that Claudia and her beautiful team put towards all of the families at the centre !! Your hard work never goes unappreciated!!!!

We are incredibly grateful to be part of such a wonderful community. Our experience has been nothing but positive, and we have seen our children truly thrive in this nurturing Montessori environment. From our first interaction with Ms Marie, it was clear that the centre’s modern facilities, exceptional cleanliness, thoughtfully designed program, and, most importantly, its genuine dedication to the children in their care are second to none. A very special thank you to Ms Kabita in the Toddler room, who truly took our son under her wing. Her lesson planning and daily activities are thoughtfully prepared, engaging, and perfectly aligned with Montessori principles. Our son is stimulated, supported, and always encouraged to work toward his next developmental step. We love seeing how this carries through at home. He is eager to practise his independence by squeezing oranges, making sandwiches, and using tongs to serve food at meal times. We are so proud of his accomplishments, made possible with the incredible support of Miss Kabita and the entire team. Our younger son has recently started in the Pre-Toddler room, and we couldn’t be happier with the nurturing love and care he receives from all of the Educators, particularly Ms Nurdiah, Ms Kanta, Ms Afroza, Ms Chloe and Ms Meheera. He is already excited to go to school each day, and we can see his little mind expanding as his world opens up in such a safe and loving environment. A heartfelt thank you as well to the beautiful Nicolette, our Family Care Officer, who has been incredibly supportive of our family. She is always responsive, helpful, and kind. We are truly grateful to be part of this community under the guidance of Miss Marie. This centre has exceeded our expectations, and we feel so lucky to have our children learning, growing, and flourishing here.
