No reply to email so I will post here, recently purchased your pond liner off your online website. I was making a pond for a client, go to open the box and as I opened it on site ready to do the project the liner had two holes in it! Not happy at all, defeats the purpose of the liner.... I had to end up cutting it to half size. Not a happy customer.
Outstanding customer service! These guys know their work, for sure. Helped with understanding the concept, advised timely on limitations and assisted with building a kit tailored for my design. Response was not later than in 2 days. Even for silly questions. Delivery (MEL-SYD) 2-3 days as well. Highly recommend !

Purchased a pond pump which i then realised was not going to fit my outdoor pond needs. I took the item back for store credit/refund and had a really positive experience with Bruce. Bruce was really patient in listening to the circumstances of my return and took the burden despite the terms and conditions of the return policy not allowing me to hand back the pump. He went out of his way to ensure i had a good experience and supplied me with the correct item and a partial refund of the difference between the two products. Overall, great customer service, friendly demeanour and always willing to find a solution! Will definitely be back to shop with these guys. Highly recommend! Thanks Bruce!
Purchased whole pond setup set (water blade, pump, pipes lights etc) almost 2 years ago. Bruce explained me step by step whole setup installation process which helped me a lot . There guys are best in this business. 10 ⭐️‘s for Bruce and DIY Store team.
I recently ordered the bubble tube water feature with the bracket and the results were great. Fast delivery time and great products. The staff were also very kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
