Beacon Lighting Cranbourne

The store was pretty good when we bought two fans for our rental. Very busy at times with limited staff but pretty good. Paid and asked to have them installed which was great and easy for us. As for the installation a bit of a stuff around with this. Installer rang us instead of tenant and on installation day what a shambles in my partners words. Installer forgot the remote and was going to hard wire a switch then more phone calls from the store to get this resolved. Would we use there installers again no too much of a long process and a shambles with to many follow up calls and waiting for fans to be installed.

Thank you to the ladies at the Cranbourne store - your expertise was so helpful, it was refreshing to be approached and actively be helped. It is easy to walk in and get overwhelmed by the range of options! Really appreciate the friendliness an kindness! Thanks again!

Great customer service (thanks Jordon, Cranb Store) went out of his way to print product details, for me to study at home. Also best advice on which globes to buy. Not his fault that these new LED globes cost sooo much... & don't last anywhere as long as the old type of globes!

Walked in not knowing what type of dining room light to get. The lady at Cranbourne was amazing and very insightful of any questions but I had about it. She spent over half hr with me. I walked out so happy with the light but not one I would have originally bought. It looks amazing over the table with no shadows and very swish

The Beacon Lighting store manager, not only supplying a suitable replacement for an approximately ten year old light globe that wasn't used much, she went out of her way to satisfy several queries I had about another product I showed interest in. I didn't buy that product, deciding in the end to leave that potential purchase till later when my renovative project that I'd been planning for was actually built first. Friendly, respectful, and professional service!
