Dee has taken her time with our consultation for choosing lights that matches our home design style. She is very knowledgeable. She looked at our electrical plan and itemized all the lighting we required. Communication was great. I am kept up to date with my product stock and was able to change my mind on certain items.The products all arrived before my specified time frame. Everything was organized when I was ready to pay and pick up the items. Dee even helped me lift everything! Highly recommend!!!
Went in to Beacon Craigieburn with a problem that needed a very quick solution. Without any hesitation the ladies working (sorry i didnt take notice of your names, i was too stressed) were amazingly helpful and did everything they could to solve my issue. They went above and beyond and I couldn't be more thankful they were there to assist. They were also very kind to my 4 year old, who told everyone he spoke to about their kindness. Thank you!
The turban gentleman at the store was very polite and helpful while I was purchasing fans — really appreciated his service. However, the lady named Dee was quite rude and dismissive, saying it was closing time in an unpleasant way. A little courtesy would have made the experience much better. Very disappointed with the service from a lady named Dee. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, which made my shopping experience uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this store unless the staff are trained to treat customers with respect
Loved my experience at Beacon in Craigieburn! Dee was absolutely lovely and had such a warm personality, that I found what I was looking for easily with her help 😊 Ashleigh was wonderful to make sure that all my items had the store discounts added and took the time to bubble wrap up all my purchases carefully if a box wasn’t included. Thank you to both girls for such great customer service 😊
