Just a reflection on what could be done with clarity.The customer service was warm, confident and welcoming; however, there appeared to be a lack of clarity with the communication provided. Clear verbal explanations would have greatly supported the purchaser’s understanding, particularly regarding the 3 day cooling-off period, changing the contract to 7 days without verbally informing, understanding what the purchaser meant of the finance process, and the implications of signing the Contract of Sale (COS). If the Purchaser says "finance is not a problem", that does not indicate a presumption they have cash for the entire purchase. So as a caring agent clarify. Providing more detailed guidance in these areas would help ensure purchasers feel fully informed and confident in their decisions.

Romi was amazing on selling our home. He was always available to respond to our enquiries. He was able to sell the house even before the auction at our price range! He is a great negotiator. We are very pleased.
