First time I've visited Pillow Talk at Casula and it won't be the last! Very large store with easy parking available right outside. The staff were really friendly and helpful without being pushy. Left me to browse but were there when I needed help. The products at Pillow Talk are top quality and I found great bargain prices on the Clearance Tables. Bought so much I needed help getting everything to the car which the staff were happy to do for me. Love this store!

Absolutely an extremely positive experience from ordering online for click and collect then whilst in the store expert and friendly advice whilst purchasing new cushions for my lounge. Highly recommend shopping here.
Bought too many things to fit in my tiny car but a amazing lady Jo helped get my stuff over to my car and helped me to try and stuff everything in , even having to take matress topper out of bag to try and cram it in . Usually shop online but this experience has made me want to actually shop in store

Not given 5% off even their website mentions it. I want them to do the right thing. Even called in and asked what happened to my 5% off... the lady said not on clearance product. A new staff member didn't know that 50% off further discounts applies. That explains how clueless they are... I'll be calling the head office soon.
I shop here often and the staff are always soo friendly and happy to offer assistance, I’ve never had a bad experience in this shop ever 🙂
