Ordered a small pack (5) Banana bunch protective bags. I paid for express shipping as we had bats interested in our couple of bunches. I was very happy the bags arrived the next morning! We bought some sprouting seeds early this year and unfortunately they did not sprout. We contacted the company and told them what had happened, they replied promptly and said they would reimburse us or send a different product at no cost to us. We received the new sprouts soon after and they are working perfectly! Great customer service and response to our situation, I would highly recommend them!
