Had such great customer service here from Jess and the other young lady behind the counter I was inspired to write a review. I came in asking for just a few rocks, and it was a long story but I ended up very happily buying a 20kg bag and I know exactly what I’ll do with them. She took it out to my car and everything. We recently had 1.5m³ of topsoil delivered by Nuway Landscape Supplies (Pavers and Walls – Buderim) and the experience was first-class from start to finish. The team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, nothing felt rushed or salesy, just solid advice and great service. Delivery was spot-on, arriving well within the timeframe they gave us, and the driver was an absolute legend, friendly, professional, and great to chat with. For me, it wasn’t just about the product (which was spot on), it was the customer service that really stood out. That’s what keeps people coming back. Highly recommend. 👍

Good product and prices, but a lady there seems to have an issue with anything you order and rudely interrogates what you’re towing it with every time. She’ll check your trailer compliance plate like you’re smuggling pandas across the North Korean border and does it in such a vexing way. I’ll avoid the yard just so I don’t have to deal with her attitude. She seems angry for some reason.

Simply great service instore and over the phone at Buderim . Very helpful helpful. Deliveries were great, both on time, with great service. Found prices very competitive.
