Amazing views & fun experience! We had a fantastic time at the Arthurs Seat Eagle base station. The views from the gondola ride up to the summit were stunning with the bay and coastline clearly visible on a clear day. The staff were friendly and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Great stop for families, couples, or a day out with friends. Definitely worth a visit if you’re exploring the Mornington Peninsula ! 🤍🤎
Easy to get to and well signposted. We went on a sunny day during the school holidays. Only just enough parking. Queues were insanely long but thankfully were moving. PAY ONLINE - family ticket was seventy something vs 90 at the gate. The queue was shaded so not too bad on the bottom and the top. Some cheesy photo was taken in the queue not really worth it. The gondolas were clean and about 15 mins each way. Really nice views. At the top there is a cafe which has a good selection, decent views and reasonably priced. At the top there are waking trails, a park and a few areas you could have a picnic or get a better view. Unfortunately the kids were tired and it was a bit much. Toilets are outside and semi clean very much like toilets you get at your local park. Overall, it was good and would definitely recommend it. Just maybe not in school holidays. Also as an FYI the beach is a 5 minute drive away and is beautiful so if it’s sunny I’d bring some bathers too.
This is such a great place to go with the kids. We hired a car as taking public transport was taking too long for a small trip. we took a return cable ride to the top and back and it was a lovely day with the beautiful beach views. It was worth the drive from Melbourne CBD. I would recommend it if you have some time spare. I won’t make the drive if you are only here for a few days as there was not much to do when you get all the way here.
The cable car experience here is exceptional, offering stunning sea views. You can also enjoy views of Melbourne city while gliding in the cable cars. Free parking is available, and the toilets and washrooms are well maintained, making the visit convenient and enjoyable.
Its a nice place to visit. The Gondolas actually go up quite high. The views are stunning. There is a Cafe ag the top which offers Halal menu.options as well. Get some cheaper tickets online via look or just search Google.
Cable car flight - spectacular view. The flight itself very smooth. All age groups can take this flight. I would recommend to be there in the first hour of opening to avoid lengthy wait times. Cafe is decent. Slightly over priced Chips, but good.
Toilets are conveniently located near the car park. Online tickets are a few dollars cheaper than buying on site. Overall, it was a great experience. Arthurs Seat Eagle – Summit Station is the end point of the one-way ride up. There’s a café and plenty of open space to walk around or enjoy a picnic. The trip takes about 15 minutes one way.
