WENDER PLANT

We joined Derek and Wendy for the Valentine's Day terrarium workshop and it was an absolute joy. The workshop was the right balance between learning new skills, and freedom to just enjoy the process in calming environment, with Derek and Wendy supporting with creative tips. They are wonderfully thoughtful and humble people who you can tell are passionate about the craft, and are fulfilled to see you walk away with something that you're happy with. Thank you for making our day so special! We'd love to come back again.

The Terrarium Workshop was an absolute delight! I had so much fun learning about the process of creating terrariums. Both Wendy and Derek did a stellar job running these small, intimate classes and made everything easy to understand and enjoyable. One of my favourite parts was when we created our own drawings, which they then turned into custom decals to add to our terrariums, such a thoughtful and personal touch. My partner booked this as a Valentine’s Day activity, and it originally came with roses. When he called to ask if they could swap them for native florals (since he knows that’s what I prefer), they were so accommodating and happy to make the change. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, creative, and memorable activity!

Wendy & Derek were fantastic. We had a 2 person terrarium workshop. From communication regarding booking and costs, organising dates, first impressions to the workshop itself was excellent throughout. Such a pleasant interaction with these two and speak highly of them and their business.

I really like the plants from Wender Plant. We bought some and loved them—the owner is very attentive and the service is thoughtful. Whenever anyone wants to add some new plants to their home, Wender Plant is the go-to choice!

If you are ever looking for a terrarium then this is the place. You can tell a lot of love have been placed in the plants from the many beautiful terrariums on display in the shop. All the designs look amazing and unique. Wendy was also really helpful and responded quickly to my inquiries.

Wendy and Derek are amazing hosts and teachers, we enjoyed an awesome Terrarium building workshop and would highly recommend. So excited to come back again sometime!!
