Don't use Elleisha's, unless you enjoy staff not calling you and not showing up. I am an NDIS client, Wollongong branch. I've only had my cleaner once, but she did a great job (Nasrin). My carpet cleaner cancelled on Wednesday and they rescheduled for 10:30 the next day. I work, so my mum came over to let them in - by 11, nobody had shown up and nobody had contacted me. When I rang, they said he had a "sore knee" and would be another hour. I had to cancel the service. Today (Friday) I had a lawn service booked for 2pm. Owing to the carpet cleaning debacle, I rang just after nine to confirm and was told by Sharon that he would be there at "Two-ish, maybe three." Well, which is it? Were they going to tell me my 2pm was now three? At 3:30, I rang the office. They close at 4, but all I got at 3:30 was a recorded message saying they were closed and to call back before 4pm. I had a mobile number, so texted it. No response. It's now 3:58pm and no lawn service, no communication from the business as to why, and they're not answering their phone. I have no idea what to do now. For all I know he'll rock up at dinner time like nothing's wrong. All because I am disabled doesn't mean my time isn't valuable and that I'm some kind of shut in who is always home and doesn't care if they show up two hours late or not at all.

Andrew and Ben did an amazing job on our hedge trimming. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Such a hard working team.

I had skye out for my first clean thanks to the support of carers gateway and I am beyond happy with the outcome!! I also have had lawns done by their guys! Can't fault any of their work definitely recommend them to everyone.
