As a returning trade customer I was very disappointed to be unknowingly charge almost twice as much as the other hire companies for a simple lift. When questioning this I was told it is what it is. Certainly won't be going back
Second time a Warrnambool Coates employee in a work vehicle almost reversed straight into me whilst riding a bike in the Warrnambool CBD. Doesn't give much faith in their other abilities if they struggle to even drive their vehicles in a safe manner
