The initial sales process was great, with our sales consultant showing us a book full of floor plan options for our preferred house design, which ultimately sold us on TOR HOMES with a floor plan that met all of our needs, and was difficult to find exactly what we wanted with other builders. Its really a treat that our dream home is not just another house we saw as a display at a lot of places. Our experience during the construction phase was similarly professional. Our construction admin and site supervisor provided us with regular updates on the progress of our build, with no major issues. Our double storey home was completed on time and to a high standard, with only a few minor cosmetic things to be fixed up post handover, which were actioned in a timely manner. Overall we love our new home and would consider TOR HOMES again if we ever chose to build again in the future.
