Disappointing Experience with BigWest garden supplys, true to its name. I recently ordered 3m³ of garden soil from this bunch, specifically requesting 2.5m³ of garden soil and 0.5m³ of premium garden soil. What I received was 3m³ of their standard garden soil, which is subpar to say the least. The soil is hydrophobic, meaning it repels water, and becomes rock-hard when watered. This makes it completely unsuitable for gardening. When I brought this to the company's attention, they refused to accept responsibility. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of their products and the level of service provided. It's clear that prioritises profits over customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would advise others to beware of their questionable business practices. Bigwest your money dont trust them.

I placed an order for top soil, the delivery was meant to be dropped off by 11am.. i ring at 11.40pm... ohhh sorry brother he is in his way??? At 1pm i tried calling 4 times to see why it still was not delivered? But sady it seemed everyone was too busy to answer calls. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND USE A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER. WELL DONE guys extremely professional.

Shopped for turf at big west and we are happy with our purchase. Front lawn area looks very tidy and green now. Great pricing, Rahul helped make the best choice and pick all that was needed for the job. Highly recommend.

Very good store for all your gardening and building supplies. The prices are nominal and the staff are informative and friendly. I ordered soil and some other gardening supplies, they delivered it all the same day and even the delivery fee was quite less compared to bunnings. I needed a landscaper, they referred me to one and he did an amazing Job. Rahul, their sales person is friendly. Made sure I don’t over spend on a weed mat and recommended one that was cheaper and enough for my gardening needs. I am placing an order for instant turf, got a few quotes from other places. Big West’s quote was the most affordable one. I recommend them as a go to store for all your gardening and building supplies needs.
