When our family decided to build a pool, we reached out to several local pool builders. Jeremy and Abby at Rippleside Pools (now in hind sight) stood out for their thoughtfulness and support throughout the entire process. With such a significant investment in our home, we had many questions, and Jeremy’s patience and expertise was invaluable. The construction began ahead of schedule and was carried out with impressive efficiency. When we needed help with additional services like landscaping, Jeremy went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for contractors. The finished pool has exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Rippleside Pools and feel confident knowing Jeremy and the team are always just a phone call away!

We looked at getting our pool installed by a few companies in the Geelong area. But Jeremy at Rippleside was the only one to really care about the finished product and longevity of our pool. He investigated tree roots with advice from an arborist and gave the best suggestions for layout and equipment placement than any of the others. We ultimately went with Rippleside because of the commitment to quality over the quick sale. That said their install was fast, about a month end to end and that included arranging fencing and concreting, we did some minimal landscaping ourselves. I didn't really appreciate how easy we had it and how low maintenance it has been since handover until I started following a pool owners group online. Seeing other people's horror stories both from install problems and ongoing issues made me realise how glad I am with my choice of Rippleside over any other company. I've been out to their new shop a couple of times for water tests which are always friendly and they only sell you what you need and nothing more. If you are thinking about getting a pool in the Geelong or surrounding area give them a go because you won't be disappointed with the end result.

A+ for service, Jeremy and his team were fabulous to deal with. The process was super fast, once delivered the install & concreting took a month to complete. We did all our own landscaping which Rippleside were more than happy to support. I had numerous pool companies quote and really liked Jeremy's honestly and style. Would recommend to anyone wanting to install a pool.

from the non pushy sales process , professional and efficient installation of or pool 2 and spa years ago, to the necessary on going supplies of chemicals, to advice on keeping the pool and spa balanced, rippleside do everything. I’m very fussy about our pool being at 100% safe and sanitizer, and Rippleside are always there to assist. I can’t recommend them enough.

We had the team at rippleside pools install a 6m Paroo in our family homes back yard back in December last year last week before Christmas holidays. Unbelievable experience with jeremy and his team, really highly skilled professionals. Really happy with the process, affordability and time frame We had tight access to our back yard and this wasn’t an issue and these legends gave us options. We opted for the naked system to be installed and the support around this has been awesome We also use Rippleside for our pool servicing knowing how affordable it is and another job we don’t have to think about. Jeremy is always willing to answer any questions we have had 9 months later We will be using rippleside again if we move!
