Nice staff and good price!! I have been this shop a couple of day ago to buy materials for a front yard reno. It was my first time to be there so I have no idea how to buy. Office guy explaned friendly and all materials are good quality and price is reasonable. I will recommend it to friends who want to upgrade their garden.
I ordered one tonne of cow manure, but what I received was mixed with road base containing both small and large stones. The quality was completely unacceptable - it was not pure manure as advertised. On top of that, the delivery person was very rude and refused to deliver the order to the location I clearly instructed. I strongly advise others not to buy from this seller.
I’ve previously had good service but this time I ordered 10mm blue stone…. Beware 10mm is the absolute max, it’s mostly dust and very very small pieces 2-5 mm. I was told this is how it is.
Biggest cheater, We had ordered premium garden soil from them 2.5 Ton and they delivered to us just plain ordinary soil due to witch all our old and new plants and succulents gradually have started to die What a waste of time, effort and money for trusting them Please think twice before ordering any type of soil from them Very Very bad service and experience
Sold us contaminated mulch for a government council project... fellas seemed great initially. made us pay the whole 10k before we saw the product . turned out to be contaminated ... they have certificates but seem to be jumping their product we long shards of wood after. unresponsive ever since. now we are left in the hole thanks to this lot ... save yourself the headache and use someone else .
How this business has 3.4 stars has me baffled. I ordered 1tonne of 20mm white scoria and received at least 1/4 tonne of gravel dust, dirt, and crap. How they remain in business I have no idea. Now use Flower Power and what a very different and professional outfit.
I recently ordered a large quantity of garden rocks and soil over the phone from Turtle Landscape. Despite my concerns about the challenging driveway, the delivery driver was exceptionally skilled, patient, and professional. He went above and beyond to position the materials in the optimal spot, rather than just leaving them as is. I appreciate the service provided.
