Completing the build in a record time of just six months is a remarkable achievement, and we are truly impressed with the quality and efficiency demonstrated throughout the entire process. They’ve done a fantastic job crafting an all-electric home with a modern Hebel finish, ensuring not only visual appeal but also long-term energy efficiency and comfort. Particularly commendable is the north-facing orientation of the living areas, which allows natural sunlight to flood the space during the day—keeping the house comfortably warm without the need for artificial heating. This smart, passive design approach not only enhances day-to-day comfort but also reduces our energy footprint. I built my first home in Tarneit by Lucky Homes. The staff was very friendly, cooperative and professional. They Have done fantastic job. Their all tradesmen were very professional and done quality work. Due to their proper guidance and support we were able to build our dream home. We have been living nearly 2 years in this home and haven’t got any problem. Good thing about Lucky Homes, they occasionally followed up for assistance if any issue with property. Throughout the entire process, from inception to completion, we had the pleasure of working exclusively with Mohsin, the owner of Lucky Homes. As returning customers, our initial experience with Lucky Homes involved the construction of a single-storey house in Point Cook, which was completed in 2018. We resided in that house until June 2024, during which time we encountered no issues related to the build. In our new home, we have received top-of-the-line products from the builder. The entire construction project was managed by Lucky Homes with ease. The service is excellent with quality inclusion for my new home. The after sales service is also very good. They are still helping me with few maintenance requests which were not known before taking the handover. I would highly recommend Lucky Homes for your new home construction.

Very good builder and very happy with our finish product delivered of Lucky homes.. Pros: 1. Custom home design on our block of land as per our religious requirements. 2. Great inclusion, including a lot of upgrades in our initial price plus choice of colour selection was impressive. 3. We was able to make minor changes during construction, which has given us lots of comfort. 4. The end product delivered by Lucky Homes was better than our expectation. 5. High recommended for those customers who are looking custom designs homes quality inclusion. Cons: 1. I think there is bit improvements required in the customer service area from office staff.

I have decided to go with Lucky Homes to build my first home due to their professional advice and transparency. My experience so far has been fantastic! I believe they provide high end inclusions at a fair price. They provide well thought out plans according to your preference and are very supportive throughout the process. I also love the fact that its custom made, they are flexible and always up to make your dream house come to life as much as possible, according to what can be done with land size.
