We had such a great experience with the team, from initial scoping and planning, to carrying out the work transforming our front yard to a welcoming entertainment area. Very reasonably priced and efficient. Please consider reaching out if you come across Superior LSR in your searches.

I was very frustrated and disappointed with this service. Communication between head office and the technicians was poor, and I found myself repeating the same information multiple times. During the job, garden tiles and the reticulation system were damaged. Although both were repaired, the work felt rough and careless, and there seemed to be little respect for our property. I was very clear about the specific conditions of our garden beds and emphasised the importance of selecting plants suitable for those conditions. Unfortunately, this was not taken into account. The plants appeared to be chosen based on availability rather than suitability. After researching them myself, I discovered they were not appropriate for the space, and much of the garden will now need to be replaced. Sadly, I cannot recommend this service

Communication prior to work by the company was first rate and the technician being very pleasant to deal with particularly with his work ethic of cleaning up the afterwards. The workplace was spotless, definitely recommend. Greg.

I had maintenance done to my bore retic yesterday. Very neat job. 2 leaks needed fixing, for which he had to remove paving. Very well done. Thank you for the service, definitely recommend.

Recently had the team from Superior Landscaping complete our rear landscaping and we could not be happier with the end result. They installed a new retic system and laid new grass for us. Thanks again to Ryan and his team. Great communication and extremely friendly. Would highly recommend 👍

Was told on Wednesday that they could come Friday between 12 and 3. Great because I needed it before I left for 2 weeks in Saturday. Waiting waiting waiting…. call them when they hadn’t come in the scheduled window and they said they had someone off sick all week and that they have been rescheduling for the last 2 weeks. So why wouldn’t they just say that when they booked it in? Can’t reschedule for another week. But I won’t be here. Der. Now my gardens going to die. Thanks clowns. Never use this company! Hopeless

Stefan was very professional and responded to any questions and requests promptly. Ryan and his team did an exceptional job transforming our front yard. They worked rain or shine, and got the job done in a timely manner. We struggled to find a landscaper to even reply to our queries, so we were very lucky to have found them, and were really impressed with the work they've done.
