From the moment we met Leah & Bailey, we knew we were installing our pool with Ocean Reef Pools. The ladies were so knowledgeable, yet so friendly - in the sense that we felt like they've been part of our friend circle for years! Then we met Dean, the installation foreman. From start to finish, there wasn't a moment when we felt out of the loop. The cost was below par to other companies we sought quotes from, but for us, it was the 'feeling' you get from meeting them. They're the type of people you would invite to a BBQ. They weren't just selling/installing a pool for us - they were making our dreams come true! The entire Moggy's crew were amazing to deal with, and if we were every in the market to install a pool again, we would absolutely go with ORP, without any hesitation.

Just had the inspector for final approval it reminded me to put my review in. Love the pool, would choose a different style next time, Ocean Reef Pools did a completely professional job! I was initially daunted by the size of the contract but there was no need for concern. Leah was on the ball & made sure all was taken care of,as well as all their crew, Brooke, Shay, George who works hard & the many others who I didn't get to see. Well pleased, thanks.

We absolutely love our pool and pool area! While there was a slight delay in completion, the team communicated this clearly before we signed any contracts. Now that it’s been over six months since it was finished, we can confidently say we’re thrilled with the final result. It’s been such a great addition to our home!
