We recently had all our hard flooring replaced throughout the house with one consistent type, spc hybrid (spotted gum), and the result has completely transformed our home. The pricing was extremely competitive so we decided to travel to their store in Ormond. The customer service, particularly by Wilson, was great and it wasn't long after that we had chosen the hybrid floor, and installation offering. Harry and Chen run a very good organisation. In the lead up to the installation Wilson continued to be available to answer all our questions. The installation was carried out by 'John' and his co-worker and was carried out in a very timely manner, even after having found a few additional floor preparation requirements. I recently got a job done through Chen and his team and they were fantastic in all aspects of delivery. They were timely with their work and very professional with their installation service and ensured that the site was left clean and all rubbish was removed once the flooring was completed. They did both herringbone and straight boards and the quality of installation was fantastic.
