ACR Construction

We recently had ACR Construction complete our backyard renovation which includes retaining walls and a pergola, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the whole process was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The workmanship was outstanding, and the final outcome has completely transformed our backyard. A special mention to Charbel, who was exceptional throughout the entire job. Charbel and his team were professional, reliable, honest, and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. Charbels communication was excellent, he was always respectful, and he made sure everything was completed to a very high standard. He made the process very smooth. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with.

We used ACR constructions to build a sandstone retaining wall, in May 2025 and the entire process was excellent. Charbel (Charlie) was the builder and he did a wonderful job, he did not try to upsell work, but offered suggestions on how best to get a first class job, while minimising costs. He was prompt with timing and worked constantly until the job was finished. We are very happy with the final result and it exceeded our expectations. ACR have recently completed a modification to the front of our house for accessibility reasons. The team took the time to understand the reason for the work and then made helpful suggestions regarding design and features. Work was completed on time and the communication was great the whole way through. Very happy with the outcome and the pricing.
