Exceptional customer service every single time I visit here. I run a local landscaping business called Emerald Landscapes & we are always impressed with the attentive service from the team at Rockmate. We purchase Shapescaper off them regularly which is a metal edge which has a rusted finish once installed (photos of this product are attached for in store & from our job sites). They also carry a unique range of pavers & blocks in the area, a few of which we cannot access unless we were to travel into Brisbane or down to the Gold Coast (ones that are not available at Bunnings). The team is at the forefront of new/emerging products, so if you are looking for a modern finish to your home or landscaping project, this is a great place to visit. 5 stars. Great experience with these guys. Especially Matty and Jade! We ordered some garden edging blocks which were unfortunately discontinued (we ordered a fair few). Matty took care of us with sorting another product at a good price! So happy with how easy the process was and Matty answered all of my questions. Jade delivered our items with ease. Very happy with how our garden bed now looks. Highly recommend these guys. Great products and prices ☺️

What a great bunch of people! I screwed up my order dates on the website and they sorted me out straight away. Within half an hour Jade was on the phone to me and confirmed what I actually wanted. She organised a 9am drop off for me on a Sunday and the fella showed up at 8.56. Dumped the load exactly where I needed it and was very pleasant to work with. Thanks heaps! Oh not to mention was the cheapest quote I got. I chose Rockmate because of the ease of website to order and view the products. Even if I did screw up the delivery date lol. Good work everyone! (excluding me)

Great range and alot of different products that I haven’t seen elsewhere. Nice to be able to choose something that isn’t the same as everyone else. Well worth the 47 minute drive! And the free slushies were a nice touch on a hot day 🍧

I have recently had material delivered, and loaded into my trailer. Rockmate reliably delivered quality soils and gravel at competitive prices. What really impressed me though was the young woman at the yard who was a very competent operator. On the way home I had pulled over to let traffic past me, then a Rock Mate truck pulled up in front of me, and out jumped the young woman to see if I needed a hand. What more could you ask for quality products, reliable service, at a good price and old fashioned customer service.

Had a last minute order for a cube of sand, ordered Saturday afternoon and pleasantly surprised it was delivered by 11am on the Sunday. All online and delivery / drop off was seamless.
