We had a great experience with South Pacific Pools and Spa. Their project management really stood out — they took care of the whole installation and coordinated the trades, which made things so much easier for us. The customer service after the install has been excellent too. It’s reassuring to know they’re still there to help even after everything’s finished. A special mention to Pete — he’s been fantastic. Nothing’s ever too small for him to handle, and we really appreciate the care and service he’s provided throughout. We’re really glad we chose to support a local business. It was definitely the right decision!

We HIGHLY recommend Kristie, Nick and the team at South Pacific Pools! Their service, communication and expertise is brilliant. We had other trade work happening at our property at the same time and they went above and beyond to work with our other tradies and made sure all projects came together seamlessly. The are extremely helpful, communicate so well and manage everything end to end without a hassle. The support and services available post build is excellent too. We are sooo happy with the end result and send a big thanks to this great team. If we were to ever need to do a pool again, we would come back to SPP&S without a second thought.

If you want to put in a pool in the Geelong and surrounding areas there is no point doing any research about who to use, as Kristie and Nick from South Pacific Pools and Spas are THE best in the business. What they have created for us in our front yard (yes front yard!!) is way more beautiful than we could have possibly imagined. From our initial quote that included everything (no surprises!!) to execution and follow up, Nick, Kristie and their amazing team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everything was clearly explained to us and they were always available to answer even the most basic questions (brand new novice pool owners here!) We chose a white Harvest 6 mtr Retreat (with the ledge around two sides) and we could not be happier. It's a gorgeous pale blue with water in it and perfectly compliments the rest of our landscape styling. What made things even better was Nick having his team of landscapers available to finish off our vision and bring everything to life. Pete and Jake have been incredibly patient too, being available to explain everything we need to know about running our pool and are always a pleasure to chat with, as is Kristie who is always available in the pool shop to answer any questions or provide support. To say we're happy with our new pool is an understatement. We are ecstatic with how it's all turned out!

We had South Pacific Pools install our pool last year. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze. No issues whatsoever. Pool is fantastic and if we ever build another house we will use this company again.
