Outstanding customer service from Ben and Kim! I was running late to get there before they've closed and the boys stayed an extra half an hour to help me with my purchase. They were very helpful and caring. Not for a second they've complained about having to stay longer because of me. This type of service is hard to find these days. I'd highly recommend anyone to buy from them based on my experience today. Thank you guys

I have purchased a lot of timber (mainly for decking work) from Aussie Timber and have found them to be well priced and supplying quality product, supported by sound advise and excellent service. Keep up the great work and thanks for your help!

Bought a small amount of timber in 2 separate bundles. I wanted to return one unbroken bundle 5 days later. I should have stuck to Bunnings where it was cheaper anyway.

Spend $500+ ask for stuff to be cut you expect it to be straight and almost same size not 20+ mls out and pieces split along with bits of chunks missing out of it.. worst place ever

Cannot speak highly enough about bens customer service! My darling husband asked me to pick a trailer load of sleepers up - and I cannot for the life of me reverse a trailer OR tie down a load that’s for sure, but nothing was a drama for Ben, he went above and beyond and loaded my trailer, tied it down and reversed my car and even have me a lesson on reversing! What a legend! A1 customer service today!!

I wanted to order some timber but it was all too much for the lazy guy on the phone. He lost you a big sale. Get some proactive people answering the phone who want to make a sale.
