I had a great experience with the customer service at Total Tools. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, approachable, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to ask the right questions and really listened to what I needed, which made a big difference. The team clearly know their products and gave honest advice to make sure I walked out with the right tools for the job, not just the most expensive option. It was refreshing to deal with staff who genuinely care about helping customers and take pride in their work. The store was well organised, easy to navigate, and everything was clearly labelled. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Total Tools to anyone looking for quality tools and excellent customer service.

I popped into Total Tools Minchinbury just a few minutes before closing, the staff were welcoming, outgoing, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. They even helped me find the one item I wasn’t sure about. Really great customer service - thanks guys! Highly recommend.

I went in today and had the pleasure of being served by Antonio, he is absolutely wonderful and a great asset to the Store, one tool I needed wasn't in stock but Antonio made a call and was able to find me exactly what I needed at another store! Thankyou 😊

Called the store in advance to check for item, when I arrived the item was not available. Staff said I can go ahead with bad review as it doesn't matter to him, this was more upsetting, he refused to provide his name, so I took his photo to publish this review, other staff member maybe manager chased us to car, took our photos and yelled abuses. Instead of talking to us politely and taking control of situation, manager was worst than his staff. We kept our calm and left the place.

Brilliant service!! I'm an older woman and after hours of reviewing lawn mowers I decided on an Ego self-propelled. I was served by a wonderful woman who could not have been more helpful. Furthermore a gorgeous young man took the mower out of the box and put it in the back of my car. (Brilliant design of the Ego) I want to go back and buy more stuff just to chat to the staff. 10/10 and I'm a hard marker!

She goes above and beyond to assist, and her positive attitude always makes my shopping experience enjoyable.
