Bricks are nice, sure, but the delivery driver takes no care and the company takes no responsibility for their carelessness. Firstly, the two pallets of bricks were dropped side by side in the driveway so my wife was literally unable to access the front door, let alone get our pram into the house (I was overseas at the time of delivery so she had to ask our neighbour to assist getting in and out of the house for two days with our two kids). Secondly, the driver has run into my water main, and brick wall causing damage to the brick work and knocking the tap off the water main. After speaking to the company, apparently I needed to let them know within 48 hours for them to take responsibility. As mentioned, I have been overseas and the damage was not discovered until then. Over $350 in plumbing work for an urgent repair. Ask your driver if he remembers knocking the tap, the top was picked up and placed on the wall so I’m sure he can recall it. See the first photo, the brick pallet is 6" from the water main, precision dropping or maybe it took him a few goes. EDIT: Martin from MD Bricks called me and we discussed the issue and although their contracted delivery driver/company denied causing the damage they reimbursed me for the plumbing costs. Aydin and the team have been super helpful. They kindly offered to arrange to send out some brick samples to me to help match my existing brickwork. This help is very much appreciated when you work full time and can't easily get to Minchinbury. Thanks team - can't recommend you highly enough! Monique

Best service and price. Michael even visits the site before delivery if site is read for delivery. Easy to manage delivery. I am using MD bricks for several years.

I don't know how good their stuff are about but I would give customer service a minus 1 star . I rang the company to get a quote for 8000 metalic blackstone bricks, 8tones of sand and 80 bags of cement . The lady took my phone and said someone will give you a call later that day. 2 weeks have gone and I'm still waiting for that call. I had to rang another company and order. Cost me nearly $16k but I'm happy coz they would return my call all the time. This company just lost an invoice of $16k. Customer service is really bad. Just avoid it if you can
