Great new foyer and courtyard garden, and will have a new restaurant offering by Christmas. A real oasis in the middle of the city which has just won a landscaping design award. Will be a great place to go when open for meals before a show and supper and drinks after, as well as lunch meetings during the day
The carpark in this building has a bullying parking attendant. He's unresponsive, threatening, emotionally unstable, and prone to violence. When I parked here, he threatened to beat me up if I didn't pay him $80. The carpark's Google reviews have even more information about this bully. I'm not the only one saying this. The carpark attendant is incredibly unreasonable and impulsive; believe me, he will hurt you. I feel extremely psychologically harmed. Avoid this places carpark.
Not exactly about the business center, but the little garden courtyard out the back is very peaceful which backs onto St Michael's church and a cafe. nice little escape from the city streets and has a few bench's to sit. If they ever put grass down here it would get 5 stars.

was scammed by one of this 'businesses', instead of giving me my money back they have blocked me violating consumer law and their own policies that they have advertised
Fire doors are locked at carpark levels. Not so you can't get back into the building but so you can not even enter the stairs. That's right the sign that says "use stairs in event of a fire" is on a locked fire escape.
Professional Environment . Easy to navigate inside the building as well.
