Alexander sold herbicide contaminated soil to me. All my new vegetable plants have distorted, mangled growth. Maybe their building and landscaping supplies are okay, but veggie garden soil blend is terrible. Wouldn't buy from them if they also weren't the distributor (closest to me) of premium Clyde compost. Will have to spend the next 2-3 years fighting persistent soil contamination. Look up "pyralid contamination" and you'll know how serious it is. Emailed them with the details and evidence photos but no response. Pictures are of cupping leaves: the telltale sign of a herbicide damage. Very expensive lesson learned. Update: They responded to my email, blaming me for raising a concern during "January, which is still holiday season". A direct call resulted in a bullying, disgruntled staff called Tina muttering "God" under her breath multiple times, denying all possibility of a contamination and yelling at me that I was "making stuff up". Got an email later from a Jason stating that they're sorry that they had "forgotten to email me but initial tests have come clear". I wanted to see the results of the tests. Radio silence ever since.

Next time your driver's should be more careful on the road driving as if this was an old lady in my shoes she wouldn't have time to break and would of been squashed because your driver decided to go speeding through streets and not stop at round about and like I said to your driver and on the phone to this company I will be forwarding the dash cam to the police as I got abused by both

I am disappointed with the top soil that arrived yesterday. Too much stones inside and it is a lot of effort for me to pick them up and I could never pick up all of them because there are just too many. I was told this is the best quality in the market but obviously not. I also ordered from this place a year ago and this wasnt the case. Very disappointed. 2 stars for the effort to open 02/01/2024 and quick delivery.
