Having built with Primebuilt Constructions 2 years ago when a renovation was needed for our family home we knew it was time to call the company we had trusted with our previous build. After a home visit and walk through to discuss our options we decided to do a total cosmetic makeover, new kitchen, laundry, bathroom, powder room, makeover the old brick wall and fireplace and bring in a new modern look . The entire team at Primebuilt worked with us to make our ideas work and carried out the transformation of or 1980s home with the same level of consultation and professionalism as we had experienced previously. The quality and finish are outstanding and the project was finished on time. We can’t recommend Primebuilt Constructions highly enough.

I engaged Primebuilt Constructions to complete a major renovation to my house and the end result was fantastic. The project was complex due to the design of my existing home, however, the process with Primebuilt was easy. Chris and the Primebuilt team undertook renovations on our home and we could not be happier! Prior to obtaining a quote from Chris, we had received quotes from 5 other builders but we knew the moment we met Chris that he was going to be the right fit for us. We felt instantly comfortable with working with him and could tell that he was honest and trustworthy. Whilst we had a pretty good idea of what we were after, Chris suggested a couple of changes to our design and plans that we had not thought of which were great ideas. He was also able to accommodate aspects of our build we had been previously told were not achievable. We had very regular communication, on site meetings and updates with Chris on progress throughout the duration of the works. And although we made a couple of variations, the work was completed within the contracted time. Chris came in right on budget too. We found that Chris and his team went above and beyond what other builders would have done to ensure the end product was of utmost quality. We have some other projects we wish to undertake in our home and we would not hesitate in using Chris and the Primebuilt team for this future work.
