Service when placing my order was fantastic! I had no idea of quantities and the lady that served me made it easy for me to understand and make my selection. Delivery arrived on time and Darren was the driver. Darren is a great guy, he was friendly and very helpful. Thank you Darren, you made the process so easy!! Happy customer!

Subject: Poor Customer Service and Incorrect Product Calculation I recently ordered concrete sleepers from your store and provided all the required measurements to your staff member. He calculated how much I needed and confirmed that the numbers were correct. Based on his advice, I proceeded with the payment and delivery fees. After waiting a couple of weeks, I received the products only to find that the quantity was insufficient. When I contacted the store, I spoke with the same staff member who informed me that I needed to pay another delivery fee to get the remaining products. I was willing to pay for the extra materials, but I don’t believe it’s fair to charge another delivery fee when the shortfall resulted from your staff’s miscalculation. This shows a lack of care and professionalism in assisting customers. Please ensure your staff are properly trained to provide accurate advice and service. This experience has been very disappointing, and I will not be returning due to the poor customer service and lack of accountability.

(Resolved) spoke to Brent great communication and had it resolved in no time was a pleasure to chat to and explain the issues Called to open a trade account was told yes, gave me a trade account without trade price. I wasn't told till after i noticed that the receipt was not trade price inquired about price and was told no qbcc no trade. I am mainly northside based so not worth their time. This leaves a sour taste in my mouth. To the fella that loaded me your an artist with that front loader. Merry Christmas.

We recently had a load of sand delivered by this company with consent from our tiler, but not from us directly. During the delivery, the driver covered the drop-pin hole in the ground that is meant to secure the brand-new aluminium gate. Because the guy couldn’t be bothered to find its correct location and for it to be properly secured, it began swinging open before the driver left and ended up damaging both the gate and the block pillars it’s attached to. Our CCTV clearly shows that no care was taken during the delivery. After contacting the company, it took five days to receive a reply, and they accepted no responsibility whatsoever for the damage caused. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend using ANY other supplier unless you plan to be on-site to supervise every step of the delivery. Very poor service and even worse customer care.

Message to the pink haired lady. When a customer arrive 5 minutes before you close for a 3 minute pickup, consider treating them like a customer instead of the biggest inconvenience that you have ever suffered. Your service on wed afternoon was unacceptable. The huffing was ridiculous. We had called 20 minutes out and said when we'd be there. You got out 1 minute late. The guy on the tractor was excellent.
